Bob has spent over three decades at the heart of the global live events industry — first on the road, then behind the scenes building the logistics networks that keep it moving.
For more than 30 years, he worked internationally as a touring Production Director, delivering live events and concert productions across the globe. That hands-on experience — understanding exactly what it takes to get a show up and running under pressure — became the foundation for a shift into freight and logistics, focusing on the systems and supply chains that support live event production worldwide.
In 2021,Bob led the launch of SOS Global’s Middle East operation, building the business from the ground up in one of the world’s fastest-growing entertainment and touring markets. Following SOS Global’s integration into Rock-it Cargo, that regional foundation became part of a much larger global network. Today, as Head of Sales for the Middle East, He leads commercial strategy, client partnerships, and regional growth across entertainment, touring, broadcast, sports, and production logistics.
Bob has been a regular presence in Dubai for over 25 years and has called the city home full-time since 2021 — a Cork native who has watched the region’s live events and logistics sector transform from the ground up.
